Job Placement Specialists first familiarize themselves with the necessary job skills and then provide on-the-job training for each employee to ensure a successful experience. Follow-along support services are provided, as needed, to help the employee become more independent in their employment. Long-term follow-up services ensure that the employee continues to experience success and the customer remains satisfied with the work performed.
